Praiseworld Radio is set to hit the world of Twitter this Friday with her interactive forum #PraiseworldBars scheduled to kick off at 8pm @PRAISEWORLD_.

The social media forum formerly branded #PunchlineFriday is one where gospel artistes, music enthusiasts, and the entire Twitter family at large get to relate and inspire each other by sharing thought provoking quotes.

It’s quite easy to participate – All you need do is tweet @PRAISEWORLD_ with deep or thought provoking content (could be a rhyme or not, could be a quote from one of your favourite songs or books) that can inspire and bless the readers of the tweet, and add the hashtag #PraiseworldBars to it.

The forum was launched on Friday, April 13, 2013 and previous editions have been fun, recordeding outstanding success with God’s Word going viral on Twitter.

So why not join the fun on Twitter this Friday by 8pm, as we get inspired, edified and entertained. You can be sure to find some of your favorite gospel artistes and MCs there as well, droppin’ lyrical “bars”.

In November 2013, Praiseworld Radio hosted a hip hop initiative with the same brand name Praiseworld Bars (Season 1). The theme for this season is “JESUS” and had each participating rapper jump on the same beat, with lyrics about the theme (JESUS) in 16 bars ONLY. Check it out HERE.
